Bunka Bats

Hey guys, school has really kept me busy, but I want to take advantage of this 4 day weekend by showing you some new cute items that were added to the shop.

Bunka Bats! I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier considering the amount of people who looooooove bats. Anyhoo, here they are.

They have cute purple frills and a purple polkadot bow to contrast the black. I know Purple and Black were a popular combination this past winter. Anyhoo, these adorable things will also be a two way accessory, which can be worn as a brooch or hair clip.

Candy Hearts Series

Did another design that will be released in Febuary, just in time for V-Day

These shirts will have sewn in bows on each heart. Its really cute and is very versatile to wear.

They come in 3 colors: Marshmallow, Licorice, and Strawberry.

Although this series will not be available till Febuary, The Ribbon Dream Bunka Series will be available soon in January!!! Currently working on photoshoot arrangements and once that is done, the series will be officially up along with the photoshoot images!

Star Mermaid Dolls

When I'm on break, I love to catch up on personal projects. School doesn't allow me time to do this, so I've been busy setting up my shop this break. I'm so excited with the progress.

So, in addition to everything I have already shown you, here is an additional item you should check out!

Star Mermaid

These cute mermaids have a cute fuzzy tail with deco accents, and holds a cute shiny star. Also, each mermaid has a cute bow to top it off for extra cuteness!

They are also two way accessories and can be worn as a brooch or as a hair accessory!

LemonTree11 Apparel?

I have been working on my first design for my apparel collection.

Many of my designs will feature my bunka dolls in a playful atmosphere. I figured the first design I would show you would be the basic of the basic.

This is my Ribbon Dream Bunka Top design. This is an incomplete design because it will contain the cookie with the shop logo on the left ear. The design above doesn't even have the deco earholes either.

Below is a shirt example.

Of course as mentioned earlier, it will contain the iconic cookie with the shop logo.

There will be a long sleeve version that will have an actual detachable yellow ribbon. Photos of the Long Sleeve version will not be available till I arrange the photoshoot for the model to wear the product.

These tops are great with skirts, and salopettes. Very flexible and incredibly cute!

These were something I've had in the works for the longest. Aren't they adorable. Like my bunka dolls, these Bunka Tops can be worn as a brooch or a hair accessory.

Limited Edition for the Winter!!!

Hi everyone, this is the first post for the Lemon Tree11 Shop blog.

I am very excited to show everyone my limited edition Bunka Dolls entitled "Cookie Bunka Dolls." As the name states the theme of this set are cookies!

There are THREE available colors: Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee

These bunkas are now doll size gingerbread cookies, with thicker thread, and three frosting buttons on their bellies. The new feature about these dolls are the cute bow dangle charms they come with.

These bunkas can be commissioned for a limited amount of time.Like all previous bunka doll accessories, these are also "2-way" in which they can be worn as a brooch or a hair accessory.

These dolls will be uploaded on my shop later this week. However they are already on sale on EGL_Comm_Sales and if you want to commission one (Chocolate color is sold out) you are welcome to contact me at

THE NAME

Lemon Tree is a name that was captured after listening to a music box version of Fool's Garden , Lemon Tree. Without listening to its lyrics, a sense of quirkyness, and curiosity captured the mind and was fascinated by the simplicity of the name.

The number 11 was quickly added because it was a favorite number, and Lemon Tree alone was already taken as a name.

THE SHOP

The shop started out by selling online on the Lolita community, creating Chocomint inspired bows with a twist. Many of Lemontree's signature bows contain little cookies, and star accents. Some of our larger bows may have larger motifs, but these motifs carry the theme of our bows. Although the original idea was borrowed, it was still taken in good tastes and renovated to create something more original.

At the time the bunka doll accessories were created, the term bunka dolls started to come back as a popular craft product to create. Particular users on Deviantart started to become popular due to their exquisite craftsmanship in making Bunka Dolls. It would've been easy to join this crazy and create dolls to sell to the community, however, it seemed rather inconvenient to just sell dolls. The idea to wear them as accessories seem much more convenient and would be possible for potential customers to wear them more often. The bunka doll accessories were created for versatility, and rather than taking up the typical dress and bonnet, they were also restyled to wear kigurumis. The more favored style for this shop are Bears and Bunnies. These two animals best represent our favored animals, and are usually portrayed through other creations in this shop.

THE OWNER

The Owner is known as Oli, she is currently a Student at FIDM studying Fashion Design. She is well verse in various imaging programs, and knowledgeable in creating various garments. She participates heavily in the So-Cal Lolita community hosting and co-hosting events for everyone to gather and have fun. These events are usually done quarterly or bi yearly. By heart she is a city girl and love the city she lives in. Check her blog, it contains mostly reviews of events, and really cool locations to check out if you're ever in the big city of Los Angeles!
